Advocate Gaurav Kaushal, is enrolled as Advocate with Bar Council of Delhi since the year 2005 and is a Member of Saket Bar Association. He began his career as Management Trainee in the Secretarial and Legal Department of Asian Hotels Limited (Hotel Hyatt Regency) in the year 2004.  He started his legal journey by joining Singhania & Co., Law Firm, (New Delhi) in the year 2006 as Associate in the Corporate Practice.

Later in the year 2006, he shifted to Corporate Sector by joining Mansukh Securities & Finance Limited, (Member National Stock Exchange Limited, DP: NSDL) (New Delhi) as Executive Compliance. He headed the Secretarial, Broking Compliance and Legal Department of the Company for a year’s time and was incharge of team of 4 people. He independently handled the Corporate Compliance Work of around 8 Group Companies and reported directly to the Founder of the Company Sh. J.U. Mansukhani, Ex IRS and Mr. Virender Mansukhani, Managing Director. He represented Mansukh Group before the various legal forums across, quasi judicial bodies and various government departments as authorised representative of the Company across India.

In 2009, he joined Inde Legal Services a full service law firm based out of New Delhi as Senior Associate and worked under the tutelage of Adv Prashant Sharma, Founder Inde Legal Services and learned the art and craft of court work, he assisted in drafting, vetting of legal documents, assisting the senior counsel in the research work and independently appearing before District Courts in Delhi and Delhi NCR, Consumer Forums and other quasi judicial bodies.  

In 2011 -12, he again joined back to Corporate Sector and joined Aksh Optifibre Limited (Listed on NSE and BSE) as Process Member- CS & Legal and reported directly to CS Gaurav Mehta, Company Secretary & Head Legal. There he was independently handling drafting, vetting of national and international trade agreements for the supply of Optical Fibre Cables and Turnkey Projects and appeared as Authorised Representative of Company in Courts Across India and briefing senior counsels on various legal matters pertaining to the company.

In September 2012 after spending close to Eight Years learning with Corporate Houses and Leading Law Firms of Country he decided to go independent and set up his Corporate Litigation and Advisory Firm “Fides Juris”.
